MovieMart role: MovieMart is an affiliate, product-discovery and price-comparison platform. MovieMart does not operate checkout, process customer payments, manage orders, calculate shipping costs or fulfil purchases. Purchases are completed on partner websites.
Retailer responsibility
Vendors and retailers are responsible for lawful, accurate and current product feeds, offer data, pricing, availability, delivery terms, returns, warranty information and rights ownership.
Partner responsibility: prices, availability, delivery, returns, warranty, product condition and seller promises are controlled by the relevant partner retailer or affiliate programme and may change without notice.
