MovieMart platform role
MovieMart is a film-product discovery, comparison and affiliate referral platform. MovieMart does not operate checkout, does not become the seller of record, does not process customer payment for partner products, does not arrange delivery, and does not handle returns or warranty service for partner purchases.
Any purchase contract is completed on the selected partner or retailer website. Final price, delivery, taxes, stock, returns, warranty, product condition and customer support are controlled by the partner retailer.
Indicative retention periods

| Legal and privacy requests | Kept as long as needed to respond, evidence handling, defend claims, meet legal obligations and maintain an audit trail. |
| Cookie consent logs | Kept for the consent period and audit needs, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. |
| Affiliate click and redirect logs | Kept for referral reconciliation, fraud prevention, analytics and dispute periods, using limited data where possible. |
| Security logs | Raw high-volume logs should be short-retention where practical; escalated incidents may be retained longer. |
| Vendor records | Kept during the relationship and for a reasonable period after closure for compliance, dispute and audit purposes. |
| Backups | Rotated under backup retention rules; deleted data may remain temporarily in backups until backup expiry. |
Deletion limits
Deletion requests may not remove records that MovieMart must keep for legal obligations, security, anti-fraud, accounting, disputes, suppression lists or integrity reasons.
