Does MovieMart sell products directly?
No. MovieMart helps you discover film-related products and compare partner offers. Purchases are completed on partner websites.
Who handles my order, payment or delivery?
The partner store where you complete the purchase handles checkout, payment, shipping, delivery, returns and order-specific support.
Do I need an account to use MovieMart?
No. You can browse products without an account. A MovieMart account lets you save products, manage wishlist items and use alerts where available.
Why can prices or stock change?
Prices, availability and delivery options are controlled by each partner store and may change after you leave MovieMart.
How do wishlist and alerts work?
You can save products to your wishlist and use alerts to track products, availability or price changes when those features are enabled.
How do I report incorrect product information?
Open the contact page, choose Product correction and include the product URL plus the correction details where possible.
Can MovieMart help with a refund or return?
MovieMart does not process payments or orders. Refunds, returns and delivery issues must be handled by the partner store where you placed the order.
How do I make a privacy or legal request?
Use the Legal Center request route, or open the contact page and choose Legal / privacy.

Can I sell products on MovieMart now?
Vendor access is currently available through Early Access only. Paid vendor plans are shown for transparency but are not active yet.
Are paid vendor subscriptions active?
No. Paid plans are not active yet and no payment checkout is enabled for vendor subscriptions.
What happens after I request Early Access?
You register, verify your email, complete your store profile, add support details and submit feed or manual catalogue information for review.
Will my store appear publicly immediately?
No. Public visibility is not automatic. MovieMart reviews the store profile, product data, feed quality and catalogue suitability before anything appears publicly.
What product data do vendors need to provide?
Vendors should provide product titles, prices, images, availability, product URLs, categories, formats, regions and other offer details where available.
Can I use CSV or XML feeds?
Yes. MovieMart supports feed-based catalogue review. Feed mapping and normalisation are reviewed before public product listings are enabled.
Can I add products manually instead of using a feed?
Manual catalogue review can be requested during Early Access, but larger catalogues should use feed-based submission.
Who handles customer orders and support?
The vendor handles checkout, payment, shipping, delivery, returns and order-specific customer support.
Do vendors manage affiliate accounts inside MovieMart?
No. Affiliate profiles and tracking are platform/admin-side. Vendors provide product, store and offer URLs plus accurate catalogue data.
What happens if product data is inaccurate?
MovieMart may hold, correct, normalise or reject listings until product data is suitable for public display.
